This newly renovated modern French home is loaded with exquisite design: soaring ceilings, new appliances and more. Completely furnished with office areas, wireless/wired internet, Roku TVs, spacious kitchen w/ bar, stainless appliances, and laundry room w/ washer/dryer. Private backyard in park-like setting w/ covered patio and large deck overlooking a tranquility pond w/ waterfall.
The 4 bed/2 bath main level sleeps 9 guests and has spacious dining for 17 guests!
* The new private studio loft hosts another 5 beds and European bath, sleeping 9 guests. Unless requested, this is included for reservations of 7 or more adults.
Utilities, internet, lawn care, and pond maintenance included. The fish are the owner's pets; no others allowed. Exceptions provided at our discretion.
We have a ring doorbell next to the exterior doors on 24/7.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay so much. Property was perfect for 8 adult members and one four year old. Neighborhood was quiet and beatiful. Home had plenty of room for comfort and privacy. Owner is very friendly and accommadated all our needs.

Summary: I could not of asked for better communication and help with this stay! Beautiful, clean home in quiet neighborhood! Only recommendation I have for house size this large which we needed with 15 family members was for there to be more kitchen accessories, such as larger and more pots/ pans, kitchen gadgets and bowls for meal prep. However, I can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay! Thank you!

Summary: My two sisters and I met in Huntsville to spend a few days together. The house was clean and comfortable, but a few suggestions to improve it would be more putting out more bath and kitchen towels based on length of guests' stay, and adding more kitchen basics (a pitcher and a grater!). The walkway through the yard to the back deck could use some improvement...adding mulch or more stepping stones to avoid wet ground/mud after rain. Shaun came by each day to tend to the koi pond right off the back deck, and was mowing the lawn another afternoon. So, if you want complete privacy, this may not be the best place to stay. Shaun was pleasant and quick to respond to needs. The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: There was more than enough room for 7 members of our family to stay here. The neighborhood is nice. Loved the back yard. I ended up spending more time back there socializing and relaxing with my kids and my sister than I thought I would.
